The "Readiness Dashboard"

One of the most unique features of Boat Show Manager is the "Readiness Dashboard". This is a system of red and green lights which appears on every page of the "Exhibitor's Portal" informing the exhibitor of what they are still required to complete before they can move into the show. No exhibitor may move into the show until all of their lights are green.

Requirements illustrated by the dashboard can include:

Contract
Payments
Insurance Documentation
Sales Tax Declaration
Employee Badges
Guest Ticket Orders
Stage-in Confirmation
Directory / Web Site information
Etc.

You can configure which exhibitors see which lights based upon the type of exhibitor they are or what sort of space they have in the show!
